At Minx Footwear, we want you to step out in confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Simply ensure your footwear is in its box with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund or a size swap.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Shoes
Place the unworn footwear back into its original Minx shoe box and secure it inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
